Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item, if you are willing to cover the return shipping costs and the return is approved by us.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, contact us at hello@staypositiveapp.com. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Do not send items back without approval—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If it’s our error, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, unless the item you received was incorrect or damaged due to our error.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. However, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and the return must be approved in advance. The item must be in its original condition, with tags, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
